Winetasting Fundraiser a Success!

The Brave Will Foundation raised nearly $8,000 at its 2nd Annual Winetasting Happy Hour held at Panza’s Restaurant on Friday, October 22nd. The event featured sampling of nearly 30 different wines, awesome live music from 2096, as well as great raffles and silent auction items.

As with all of the fundraisers, all proceeds from the event will benefit the mission of the Brave Will Foundation, which is to support children with life threatening illnesses and their families through pediatric palliative care services at Albany Medical Center.

We can thank enough those that provided the wine, food, venue, entertainment, donations and time to making this event such an overwhelming success. We look forward to an even bigger and better event at next year’s winetasting. Be sure to visit our site or follow us on Facebook to keep up-to-date on future fundraising events.

2nd Annual Winetasting Fundraiser is One Week Away

Don’t forget that next Friday, October 22nd is our 2nd annual winetasting fundraiser at Panza’s Restaurant in Saratoga from 5-8PM. Tickets are $25 in advance and can be purchased on our website. You can also purchase tickets at the door for $30.

The event will feature tastings of over twenty wines, live acoustic music from 2096, a silent auction, and hearty appetizers and desserts. In addition, if you bring your old gold with you, we will have a table set up by Party of Gold so you have an opportunity to make some money while you are there by selling some of your old jewelry. Proceeds from the sale of your gold will also benefit the foundation.

Don’t wait–purchase your tickets today!

Nuance Raises Over $800 for Foundation

Nuance Salon raised over $800 for the Brave Will Foundation on Friday with their annual Blow Dry Bootcamp. The event was wonderful and the support of all those involved at Nuance was incredible. Thank you to Holly Garafano and the staff at Nuance for their efforts, time, and generosity. Thank you also to Hoff Jewelers and Bettie’s Cupcakes for also donating to our cause. In addition, we would like to thank the customers of Nuance who donated to the silent auction to help raise additional money.

The event was fun (and apparently educational–this coming from a bald man) for all those that attended and we truly appreciate all those who shared their talents to support our foundation.
