Remembering the Life of Brave Will

2928424362_b5764dcd68_o (2)A week from today will be five years since Will lost his brave battle with cancer. Yes, there are many, many times where we still have a hard time believing this all really happened. But when that reality does kick in, we are still immeasurably proud of how much our little angel accomplished in his short life and how much he has inspired and motivated us to continue on in his honor.

Join us over the next week on Twitter (@bravewill) as we remember the life and legacy of Brave Will.

Save the Date: 5th Annual Evening of Will Power

It’s hard to believe it’s the fifth one already, but we are in the planning stages of our 5th Annual Evening of Will Power gala. The event will be held on April 26, 2014 once again at the National Museum of Dance in Saratoga. While tickets won’t be on sale for about another month, we will be sending out invitations in February. Although it’s not a requirement to attend, if you want to be sure to get an invitation, please submit your address on this form.

This is shaping up to be our biggest and without question, are most important gala ever. With a major financial commitment to the creation of a pediatric palliative care suite in addition to our ongoing support of the Journeys program and our own commitment to our SOAR program, your support is needed now more than ever before.

If you’ve been to our past galas, you know how special the evening is. We encourage you to bring someone who has always wanted to come but never has. Or spread Will Power by bringing someone who has yet to learn about the work that this foundation is doing to support children with life threatening illnesses.

If you haven’t attended a gala in a few years or never been at all–now is the time to start. We promise this will be an event you will not regret attending.
